Reservations & Arrival

What time can I arrive at the hotel?
Rooms are available from 3 p.m. For early arrivals, please contact us.

 

What time should I check out of my room?
Check out is required before 11 a.m. Luggage storage is available.

 

Can I arrive late in the evening?
Yes, our reception is open. Just let us know if you'll be arriving after 10 p.m.

 

How do I change or cancel my reservation?
Contact us directly by phone or email, or via the booking site used.

Access & transport

Do you have parking?
Yes, we have secure private parking located near the hotel. Reservations are recommended at reception. Additional charge: €12.

 

How to get there from the station?
Lille Flandres train station is just opposite the hotel.
Lille Europe train station is a 5 minute walk away.

 

How to get here from the airport?
Lille Lesquin Airport is a 20 minute drive away. Shuttles depart every hour from the square in front of the hotel.

Does the hotel have an elevator?
Yes, all our rooms are served by an elevator.

 

Do you have rooms for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, one room is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Please let us know when booking.

 

Is WiFi free?
Yes, WiFi is available free of charge throughout the property.

 

Are the rooms non smoking?
Yes, the hotel is completely non smoking.

Every day from 6am to 11am.

What are the formulas offered?

  • Express at €6: hot drink, fruit juice, pastries

  • Full buffet for €11: cold meats, cheeses, eggs, breads, cereals, drinks, etc.

Do you offer vegetarian or gluten free dishes?
Yes, vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options are available at the restaurant.

Can we reserve a table at the brasserie?
Yes, you can book directly on our website or at reception.

Small dogs are accepted with a supplement of €10 .

Do you have a luggage storage service?
Yes, a free service is available before arrival and after departure.

Can we rent a room or organize an event?
